　　According to reports, Shanyang, as a major county of non-legacy resources in southern Shaanxi, has 106 non-legacy representative projects at all levels, including 6 at provincial level, 29 at municipal level and 71 at county level. This kind of persimmon wine, which takes grain as the main raw material, has the advantages of strong seasonality, less grain consumption, sweet fragrance, nutrition and health, and also shows the practical value of intangible culture. Subsequently, the practice team came to the Sanxian Playing and Singing Training Institute to listen to the Sanxian Playing and Singing by Zhu Renzhe, the inheritor of Sanxian Playing and Singing, and feel the charm of China folk music.
