Up to now, 134 "15-minute quality cultural life circles", 21 urban study rooms and 3 cultural stations have been built, and 2 provincial-level cultural towns and 11 provincial-level cultural demonstration villages (communities) have been created. 　　In order to promote the integration of cultural tourism, our county innovatively built the rural weekend cultural tourism theater project, improved the construction of the "Qunyinghui" cultural volunteer art group, created more than 50 literary masterpieces suitable for tourist theaters, built 17 rural weekend cultural tourism theaters, and performed more than 200 weekend theater performances with 50,000 participants, effectively promoting rural tourism with literary empowerment. Breaking through the solidification mode of previous art exhibitions in terms of time, place, actors and forms, the county has created more than 100 beauty-enriching mobile spots. 　　The county library continued to promote the nationwide reading service, and completed the social security card one-card service function in urban areas. A total of 185 mobile stations were established, and 110,200 books were circulated for rural bookstores and mobile stations. From January to June this year, a total of 118,800 books were borrowed and 201,000 people visited the library. The "reading+class" lectures were held in cultural auditoriums throughout the county, with 20 lectures delivered, with more than 50,000 participants.
