Psychology: A person who is never angry will meet a partner who is more and more angry.

  Psychoanalyst Freud said:

  If a person gets too much satisfaction or suffers from serious lack at a certain stage of development, his psychological development will be fixed at this stage, and then a complex will be formed.

  The so-called fixation means that a person's psychological development is stagnant at a certain stage, and he will continue to seek satisfaction at this stage.

  For example, if a person likes eating very much, his psychological development may be fixed in the period of mouth desire.

  The concept of complex plays a very important role in Jung's analytical psychology.

  Jung believes that the content of personal unconsciousness is mainly complex, which is usually caused by mental injury or severe pain.

  At the same time, Jung said that complex is a faithful road to the unconscious.

  In other words, the things that make you forget for a long time are all complex, that is, trauma;

  At this time, as long as we consciously perceive and explore, we can dig out the unreasonable beliefs hidden deep in the subconscious.

  Then through deliberate training, with the correct concept to replace, with the solidification of positive thinking, inner trauma is healed a little, and people can become strong again;

  With psychological trauma, it will become an untimely bomb as long as it is not healed;

  Because the traumatic experience suppressed into the subconscious will not disappear, it will only be reactivated in similar scenes;

  It is called trauma because the unreasonable beliefs at the bottom are characterized by absolute requirements, excessive generalization and extremely bad.

  It will have a negative influence on our interpretation system, and it will give a pessimistic and malicious interpretation of any variable in life.
