It is reported that the network information departments at all levels, in conjunction with the "Clear" series of special actions, have further strengthened law enforcement and shut down a number of websites such as the "Party and Government Theory Network" that have not obtained license qualifications to provide Internet news information services in violation of regulations and seriously disrupt the order of network communication; Close the website platforms that provide download services for pornographic mobile applications, such as Qianku.com and Leyou Download Station.
In view of the information problem that Tik Tok, Sina Weibo and other website platforms are prohibited from publishing or transmitting by laws and regulations, the National Network Information Office instructed the local network information offices to interview the responsible persons of relevant websites respectively according to law, ordered them to make rectification within a time limit, dispose of relevant accounts, deal with the responsible persons severely, and impose administrative penalties of fines respectively.
Aauto Quicker, Baidu, Tencent WeChat, Netease and other online platforms failed to fulfill their main responsibilities and failed to manage the information released by their users, resulting in the spread of harmful information on the Internet, such as obscenity, feudal superstition, induced recharge, defending bad artists, etc. The National Network Information Office instructed the local network information offices to interview the responsible persons of relevant websites respectively according to law, ordered them to rectify within a time limit, dispose of relevant accounts, severely deal with the responsible persons, and impose fines and administrative penalties respectively.
In addition, in view of the problem that new technologies and applications with strong public opinion attributes and social mobilization ability have not been evaluated, mobile applications such as "Seagull" and "Shimida" have been taken off the shelf according to law. 17 mobile applications, such as "Qi Qi Knight" and "Ke Song", which have completed the rectification, have been put back on the shelves, and the relevant local network information offices are required to strengthen supervision and management according to law.
