Not getting married and having children is revenge on society? Sun Yuliang: How terrible it is to lose China's traditional culture.

"There are three kinds of unfilial, and nothing is great after", which sounds very "feudal" and has been thrown into the garbage by many young people as "feudal remnants". But we didn't think of it. It is precisely because of this classic saying that it has guaranteed the inheritance of China's civilization for thousands of years. In the history of China, there have been several disasters of "national subjugation and extinction", and the worst one was the "Five Wild Flowers", with only a few million Han people left in the north. However, because the remaining millions firmly believe that "there are three unfilial things, and no posterity is great", they will persist in getting married and having children even if they are desperately poor, so that the Han population will be restored. Our current population of 1.4 billion has developed on the basis of the few million people left.

In many ancient dynasties, in order to promote fertility, the law stipulated that "it is illegal not to get married", and not only the person himself but also the parents should be punished, so China had the saying that "men should marry when they are older, and women should marry when they are older". You want to be a single aristocrat? Sorry, you don't have that freedom. Moreover, if a woman is barren, the man has the right to divorce you. In a special era, the state has a big prize for having more children. Such a social system design ensures that the Chinese nation will not be "exterminated" no matter how great the disaster. Han people have suffered many massacres in history, and every time they change dynasties, they are faced with cruel killings. However, due to the exuberant fertility of the Han nationality, the population recovered quickly after the war and continued to grow, reaching the present population of 1.4 billion.

On the present earth, it can be said that there are Chinese wherever there is water, and Chinese-Americans are all over the world. We have to thank our ancestors for their traditional culture. Every year, on Tomb-Sweeping Day, the Mid-Autumn Festival, the Double Ninth Festival and even the New Year's Eve Festival, we have to worship our ancestors and report the prosperity of our family to our ancestors. For a man, it is his human task or mission to support the elderly and help his son get married and have children. Anyone who sends the old man away and marries the child will breathe a sigh of relief and claim to have "completed the task". It doesn't matter when he dies. Some worried parents also want to see their grandchildren get married and have children, and even their great-grandchildren get married and have children. Five generations living together is regarded as a blessing. Such cultural inheritance has made the Chinese nation prosperous and prosperous. Because "if you stay in the green hills, you are not afraid of burning without firewood", as long as there are people, you will have everything. No matter how hard you encounter, you can also "wildfire never quite consumes them, they are tall once more in the spring wind".

Therefore, from the perspective of national inheritance, "there are three unfilial, and there is no big after" is not only a "feudal remnant", but also a wise saying that has made great contributions and is a Chinese traditional culture that cannot be discarded. Including the four ancestor worship festivals in China, are not "feudal remnants", and they have contributed to the inheritance of Chinese civilization and should not be banned. Paper money and offerings seem to be "feudal superstitions", but in fact they are entrusted with a kind of grief. People also know that paper money and offerings are useless. Few people really believe that burned paper money can be delivered to the underworld, and no one has ever seen offerings for ancestors to enjoy. But this is a medium for mourning, and something must be said to express this respect for ancestors.

But now there is a very bad phenomenon that threatens the inheritance and survival of the Chinese nation, that is, the phenomenon that young people are unmarried and childless. Some people are selfish, only consider their own feelings, have no sense of social responsibility, and do not consider problems from the perspective of the country and the nation. If you are single because you are poor, you can't afford to get married. It's not surprising that you can't marry a daughter-in-law to be single since ancient times. But some people don't marry because they are poor, and they are called single aristocrats. And even if married, they don't have children, which is called the Dink family. If it's just an individual phenomenon, it's your freedom and it won't affect the overall situation. But recently, I found that there are more and more essays promoting "no marriage and no children", and the words are the same. Some essays dare not talk about China, but actually mean something. Is such a small composition an expression of true feelings? In my opinion, some reactionary forces or hostile forces are consciously digging up the roots of Chinese traditional culture. I don't believe that young people use the theory of "never getting married or having children" to retaliate against society, but some people are indeed inducing this, which makes people look like this is a "natural" behavior. Is this a "peaceful evolution"? It would be a terrible thing to make "never get married and never have children" a "mainstream value" through the dark operation of some unknown dark forces. China's population has dropped exponentially. Is someone having fun? People can't help but think of former US President Nixon's "Winning without a Fight".

It will be an extremely abnormal social problem to disintegrate Chinese traditional culture ideologically, so that everyone will not believe that "there are three unfilial sons and daughters", and a large number of single men and women will be left behind. Once this idea of "cutting roots and dating" spreads, it will be even more terrible than the spread of Covid-19, and the Chinese nation will be in danger if it is eaten in large quantities. Is genetically modified food safe? Although there is controversy at present, it is better not to eat it. The problem is that genetically modified food has been popularized in China, and it's impossible not to eat it. Discarding the idea that "there are three unfilial things, and the whole people eat genetically modified food" are two hidden dangers in the inheritance and survival of the Chinese nation, and I am deeply worried.
