I don't believe that young people use the theory of "never getting married or having children" to retaliate against society, but some people are indeed inducing this, which makes people look like this is a "natural" behavior. Is this a "peaceful evolution"? It would be a terrible thing to make "never get married and never have children" a "mainstream value" through the dark operation of some unknown dark forces.
