　　My name is Shen Weilong, and I am known as "the elder brother of Shaanxi Wenbo after 1990". I have studied the history and culture of Shaanxi for a long time, and I am well-known in Shaanxi Wenbo system. Recently, I publicly pointed out that Luoyang Museum's "Special Exhibition of Eight Ancient Capital Cultural Relics" gave Xi 'an a stumbling block, which attracted the attention of netizens in Shaanxi and Henan and pushed Luoyang Museum to the forefront. How can we settle the contradiction as soon as possible?

　　In recent years, in view of various historical issues and cultural phenomena, there have been frequent disputes between Xi 'an people and Luoyang people on the Internet. Netizens, mainly Luoyang, constantly questioned the historical position of the ancient capital Xi 'an, hurting the feelings of many fans of Shaanxi history and culture, and bringing troubles to the propaganda work of Shaanxi history and culture.

　　As a worker of Shaanxi Wenbo System, I feel very helpless about this phenomenon and try to avoid participating in such an argument. However, the tree wants to be quiet and the wind will not stop. In the past, in the process of promoting Shaanxi's history and culture, I was often attacked by netizens whose IP territories were shown as Henan. Recently, I publicly pointed out the details of the "Special Exhibition of Eight Ancient Capitals" in Luoyang Museum, but I was dissatisfied, satirized, rebelled and abused by netizens mainly in Luoyang, regardless of historical common sense and the truth.

　　As a comprehensive museum with the functions of scientific research, social education and cultural exchange, Luoyang Museum should actively publicize correct historical and cultural knowledge and make a little contribution to eliminating the contradiction between Xi 'an people and Luoyang people. However, because of an imprecise exhibition, the differences between the two places have deepened. Don't you need to take some responsibility? Therefore, I take the liberty to make the following three suggestions to Luoyang Museum-

　　1. Apologize to Shaanxi historical and cultural lovers.

　　In order to cooperate with Luoyang Museum's "Special Exhibition of Eight Ancient Capital Cultural Relics", Xi 'an Museum sent many precious cultural relics from various periods, which reflected the strong support of Shaanxi cultural circles for this exhibition. However, in the exhibition, Xi 'an was ranked fifth, which concealed the positioning of Xi 'an as the "starting point of the Silk Road" and "the ancient capital of the 13th Dynasty", and showed no respect for the correct understanding of the historical position of the ancient capital Xi 'an by Shaanxi cultural and art circles. Therefore, it has aroused strong dissatisfaction from a large number of Shaanxi historical and cultural lovers, and I hope the relevant responsible leaders of Luoyang Museum will apologize for this matter.

　　2. Conduct professional training for Luoyang Museum staff.

　　In the "Special Exhibition of Eight Ancient Capital Cultural Relics" of Luoyang Museum, there are some details in the words and charts introducing Xi 'an, which reflects that the staff here do not understand Xi 'an. Therefore, it is hoped that the relevant responsible leaders of Luoyang Museum will conduct professional training for the staff, cultivate their interest in Shaanxi history and culture, improve their understanding of Xi 'an, the ancient capital of the Millennium, and encourage them to study the history of Shaanxi and Xi 'an. At the same time, the staff of Luoyang Museum are welcome to come to Shaanxi to exchange and study, feel the confidence and tolerance of a big cultural province, and appreciate the prosperous weather of the Millennium ancient capital.

　　3. Actively publicize Xi 'an, the ancient capital of the Millennium, to the people of Luoyang.

　　In the history of China, Xi 'an and Luoyang were closely related. For a long time, it was the relationship between the capital and the capital. Without studying the history of Xi 'an, we could not deeply understand Luoyang. Therefore, I hope that the relevant leaders of Luoyang Museum can actively publicize the ancient capital Xi 'an, try to change some Luoyang people's misconceptions about Xi 'an, try to guide some Luoyang people to love Xi 'an history and culture, and try to strengthen the mutual recognition between Xi 'an people and Luoyang people.
