  01

  Scope of collection

  (1) Collection of ancient cultural relics

  1 important material evidence reflecting the political, economic, military, cultural, scientific and technological, ecological and environmental changes and major events of all ethnic groups in Northeast China.

  2. Important historical figures of all ethnic groups in Northeast China at various historical stages, including important cultural relics and works of politicians, strategists, thinkers, scientists, cultural celebrities and religious figures.

  3. Precious artworks of all ethnic groups in Northeast China in different historical periods.

  4. Important material evidence reflecting the socio-economic changes and scientific and technological development of all ethnic groups in Northeast China.

  5. Reflect the folk physical objects of clothing, food, housing, transportation, marriage, funeral, happiness and celebration of all ethnic groups in Northeast China; There are few production tools and household appliances that will be withdrawn from use in each period.

  6. Precious material evidence reflecting the cultural exchanges between Chinese and foreign nationalities in ancient Northeast China.

  (2) Collection of modern and contemporary cultural relics

  1. Documentary archives, audio-visual products, pictures, literary and artistic works, badges and plaques, production appliances, articles related to daily necessities and all kinds of objects that have witnessed the development and changes of ethnic groups in Northeast China since the founding of New China.

  2. Physical evidence reflecting the major events, important meetings and important people of all ethnic groups in Northeast China that affect the process of social and economic development in modern times.

  3. Important material evidence reflecting the development of politics, economy, society, culture, ecological civilization, military, science and technology, education, health, sports and religion of all ethnic groups in Northeast China.

  4. Important material evidence reflecting the modern and contemporary social development, living customs, culture, art and religious beliefs of all ethnic groups in Northeast China.

  5. Cultural relics and materials that reflect the history of modern revolutionary struggles of all ethnic groups in Northeast China, including objects with important commemorative significance retained by revolutionary leaders, generals and revolutionary martyrs of all ethnic groups in Northeast China during War of Resistance against Japan and the War of Liberation.

  (3) Overseas cultural relics collection

  1. The cultural relics and important material evidence of various nationalities in Northeast China lost overseas.

  2. Important material evidence reflecting foreign exchanges and friendly exchanges between Chinese and foreign people in Northeast China.

  (1) Ancient cultural relics

  Bronze, iron, jade, gold and silver, ceramics, stone tools, bone horn teeth, leather, lacquer, calligraphy and painting, ancient books, rubbings, furniture, seals, bamboo slips, textiles, etc.

  (2) Modern and contemporary cultural relics

  Rare maps, newspapers, books and other publications; Internal documents, design drawings, notification documents, letters, manuscripts, scientific research notes, leaflets and other archives; Audio-visual products such as photos, films, copies, video tapes, audio tapes and CDs; Rare currency and stamps; Important representative cards, attendance cards, certificates, certificates, seals, medals, badges, awards, happy news, medals, stamps and other badges; Flags such as award flags, team flags, pennants and greetings; Scientific research instruments and equipment, industrial and agricultural production equipment, construction machinery and equipment, aerospace equipment, transportation equipment, industrial products, communication equipment, medical equipment, pharmaceutical products and appliances; Clothing and accessories with important commemorative significance; Rare weapons, ammunition, ranks and other commemorative military supplies; Diplomatic witnesses such as notes, boundary markers and international gifts; Paintings, calligraphy, sculptures, handicrafts and other works of art; Fossils, specimens, furniture and other artifacts with important value, and so on.

  Compilation of documents, data, leaders' speeches, rules and regulations, planning schemes and scientific research reports of government agencies, enterprises and institutions; Discussion papers and essays of national and international conferences; Famous people's writings, historical materials, genealogy, genealogy, etc.; Memoirs, letters, notes, diaries, etc. of those who witnessed major events.

  Collection method

  (1) Donation

  In line with the principle of voluntariness, groups or individuals are encouraged to carry forward the spirit of dedication and donate freely, and donations from individuals, units and groups are accepted. For the old objects donated free of charge, issue certificates to the donors, and indicate the names of the donors when they are exhibited; For some donated historical cultural relics, the words will be arranged according to the donor's statement for later display and the donor's name will be permanently marked on the display label.

  (2) Escrow

  For collectors who have no intention of donating, but are interested in exhibiting, the exhibition hall can hold the exhibition on their behalf, sign a storage agreement, set the storage period, and keep the ownership unchanged.

  (3) Reproduction

  In accordance with the relevant provisions of laws and regulations on cultural relics, on the basis of ensuring the safety of articles, those who keep their own originals shall copy or imitate them with the help of modern scientific and technological means after obtaining the consent of collectors.

  (4) Collection

  According to the principle of voluntary sale, the old objects with important value preserved and kept by private individual collectors or collection organizations and associations shall be collected according to relevant procedures after being appraised and approved by experts organized by the cultural relics department.

  (five) after the selection of the collection, the collection certificate will be issued to the units and individuals who donated the cultural relics collection, and will be remembered and rewarded in an appropriate way. After the selection and collection, the collection certificate will be issued to the units and individuals who sell the cultural relics, and the corresponding collection funds will be paid.

  (6) The museum will scientifically protect and safely keep all the collected cultural relics, and display them reasonably according to the exhibition contents.

  Solicitation requirements

  (a) the appearance of the collected items should be relatively complete, and in principle, the integrity should meet the requirements of collection and display, which is conducive to storage and use.

  (two) the collection of cultural relics has certain historical value or representativeness, which can reflect the historical formation, changes and development of all ethnic groups in Northeast China.

  (3) In accordance with the provisions of relevant laws and regulations, the collection of cultural relics must have legal sources, and cultural relics with unknown or illegal sources are not collected. The provider shall ensure the legality of the source of the collection and bear legal and economic responsibilities for the legality commitment of the collection.

  (4) The collection information provided by the provider must be the collection that has not entered the collection process of any unit, and the collection information of this batch shall not be provided to a third party before receiving the collection results of our library.

  (5) The collection process shall be carried out in accordance with the procedures stipulated in the Measures for the Administration of Collection of China National Museum, and relevant agreements can only be signed after all the processes are completed in accordance with the regulations.
