  I used to be like this. Even if I don't like what the other person said, I won't go back immediately.

  But "crazy literature" cured my internal friction.

  I began to try to refuse what I didn't like to do. Those words that make me uncomfortable, I will go back after listening to them. Sometimes I dare not say it in person, just say it on WeChat. Anyway, across the screen, it won't be embarrassing.

  I'm in charge of my life. I'd rather embarrass others than embarrass myself. Proper madness is good for physical and mental health.

  Second, allow emotions to exist and use them rationally.

  The key to getting rid of internal friction is to allow all kinds of emotions to exist.

  We are a normal person. Besides positive emotions, we also have various negative emotions. If you blindly deny the existence of negative emotions and fall into remorse, it will lead to constant internal friction.

  The correct way is to change the view of events.

  As the courage to be hated said: in fact, when something happens, the thing itself does not affect us, but our views on it affect us.

  When you encounter unhappy things, allow yourself to emo for a few minutes, and then turn the idea of "why am I so unlucky" into "what growth can I get from this matter"

  We can break down the big goals into small goals, and be meticulous in our weekly or even daily plans to achieve them little by little.

  For example, if you want to lose 6 kg in half a year, you can lose 1 kg every month. To lose weight, you must exercise+a reasonable diet. So you can make a monthly plan according to your goals and then implement it every day.

  During the period of preparing for the exam, I had a hard time, and I was anxious while working hard. I was afraid that I would not pass the exam, and I was afraid of adventureland. Fortunately, the result was good, and finally I landed as I wished.

  So I want to tell you, don't worry about the future, focus on the present, don't worry about the result in advance, and don't make perfect presuppositions.

  Sometimes, my anxiety comes from my appearance.
