  More than 12 years old but less than 16 years old: recommend general education, subject education, knowledge popularization, life skills, entertainment content with positive guiding significance and news information suitable for cognitive ability of this age group.

  More than 16 years old but less than 18 years old: recommend information content that is suitable for cognitive ability and healthy progress of this age group.

  In addition, it is specifically mentioned that online service providers such as webcasting, online audio and video, and online social networking should take measures to reasonably limit the amount of single consumption and cumulative consumption per day of minors in using online products and services, and must not provide minors with paid services that are inconsistent with their civil capacity; In the minor mode, online communities, groups, and topics with the theme of supporting fund-raising, voting, and controlling evaluation shall not be set up, and the pan-entertainment function and content shall not be used to induce minors to indulge in the network; Online education network products and services shall not insert online game links, and shall not push advertisements and other information unrelated to teaching.
