Challenge the new mission, space Tsinghua people handed in the paper perfectly in Gobi.

On July 30th, Li Yuxiang, the last employee of Shanxi Aerospace Tsinghua Equipment Company, who went to Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center in China to complete the installation of Chang 2/Chang 4 rocket launch platforms, returned home to Changzhi. In the face of an interview with a reporter from Shanxi Evening News, Li Yuxiang was still excited and deeply felt. During their stay at the base, 13 comrades of the company completed the assembly work with high quality and watched a real space rocket launch on the spot. As an astronaut in China, he felt extremely glorious and proud. Immortal Dongfeng Aerospace City On July 9, 13 employees of Shanxi Aerospace Tsinghua Equipment Company who updated the installation of the launch platform at Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center in the depths of the Gobi Desert in China experienced a real space rocket launch at close range. The scene cheered and excited, and the fatigue of the past few days was washed away by this highlight moment. Among the installation team members, there are three post-60s and post-00s who just joined the work. As employees of aerospace ground equipment manufacturing enterprises, they spend most of their time silently producing in the workshop, and most of the installation is silently carried out in the early stage of launch. There are few such times and opportunities to witness the brilliant moment of rocket take-off. China Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center, also known as Dongfeng Aerospace City. Its arduous journey is a magnificent, magnificent and inspiring movement in the annals of the Republic. It records the panorama of China's space industry from scratch, from small to large, from weak to strong, from closed to open, and engraves the heroic and tenacious spectacular struggle history of desert space soldiers. It highlights the changing process from the ancient desert to the Gobi Oasis and the value concept that generations of space warriors uphold "the needs of the party are above everything else, the national interests are above everything else, and the loyal mission is above everything else". No matter how heavy the task is, no matter how difficult it is, no matter how hard the environment is, it has created extraordinary miracles in the development history of China's space industry and national defense construction, and has written a series of feats to strengthen national prestige and inspire people's hearts. Since the country's first imitation model Dongfeng No.1, the ground manufacturing equipment developed by Tsinghua Equipment Company has been closely linked with the country's space launch and the construction of Dongfeng Space City launch site. The launch platforms standing on the vast Gobi witnessed the rocket take-off to Tianyu again and again, and left an immortal mark on the territory of the Republic together with those space heroes who created national legends. The platform was moved for the first time as a whole. The work undertaken by Tsinghua Equipment Company this time is to install the new Chang-2/Chang-4 rocket launch platform and dismantle the old launch pad that has expired. According to the past practice, after the rocket launch mission is completed, the installation test team enters the site to clean up the site, dismantle the old platform, then test and level and gradually install a new launch platform. This time, the task is different. What is required is to install and test the new platform in advance outside the launching station. Then, after the launching task of the launching station is over, the launching platform which has been installed and debugged as a whole will be transported to the launching station by a flat truck, and then the old platform will be dismantled and the new platform will be hoisted. The weight of the new launch platform assembled as a whole is almost 30 tons.In this way of delivery, the workload, operation complexity and safety risk coefficient increase significantly. The space industry has always been a challenging one. In the new era, the requirement of space high-density launch mission must be to shorten the launch cycle and save time in each link. Innovating installation methods to gain more time for effective launch has also become the best choice for aerospace ground equipment workers. After receiving the platform task requirements of Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center, the project team of Tsinghua Equipment Company timely adjusted the list of test team members and the assembly situation according to the relevant situation, and listened to the call at any time. At 6 o'clock on the morning of June 23, a group of 13 people from the experimental team set off from Changzhi and set foot on a trip to Jiuquan. At 15: 00 on the third day, after a long journey of more than 1800 kilometers, I finally arrived at the satellite launch center in the depths of the Gobi desert. It was too late to erase the fatigue and sweat of the journey, and the test team immediately unloaded the goods at a maintenance station far away from the launching station according to the requirements of the base. It was not until around 22: 00 that all the equipment workpieces and accessories were unloaded, and it was already 23: 00 when the team members returned to the hotel. Since June 26th, the test team has devoted itself to the assembly and debugging of the launching platform at the temporary site. The satellite launch center is located in the desert Gobi, where there is little rain for many years, and the highest temperature is above 37℃ for several days. The steel plate components of the platform exposed to the sun are even hotter. The team members said that when they get up, their lips dry, and when they work, they sweat all over. They have to drink two or three bottles of mineral water for three or four hours in the morning, but they just don't urinate when they go to the toilet. The ultraviolet rays in the northwest are particularly strong. The hot sun stung me, and the assembly site was outdoors, unlike the factory buildings in the company. The progress node is urgent, and the working time arranged by the test team is from 8: 30 to 12: 00. After a short break, it will continue to work at 15: 30, and when will the task be completed and when will it leave work? The Gobi sunset time is very late, until 21 o'clock, the genius will be completely dark. Sometimes after work after 22 o'clock, the road back to the hotel is still hot. Installation in different places, strangers, inevitably there are many inconveniences. The team members are thinking in one place and trying to make it in one place. "Going out is a family, and we can get started and finish together regardless of the type of work." This is the mantra of every installation team member. On July 7th, the initial installation of the platform was completed in the maintenance station, and the design and users were organized to jointly complete the final assembly and debugging. On July 8th, with the strong cooperation of base users, the whole platform was hoisted for trial transportation. The Chang-2/Chang-4 series rocket launching platform landed on the large flat-bed transport vehicle perfectly, and slowly moved out of the maintenance station gate. After nearly 2 kilometers of transportation, it was hoisted in the courtyard of a reservoir area. There was a rocket launch mission on July 9, and at 7: 00 a.m. that day, everyone worked together to lift the platform down on the flat transport vehicle again. With the protection of many parties, after nearly 7 kilometers of travel, the products and vehicles were safely delivered to the launch site and parked for standby. At 19: 00 on July 9, the old Chang-2/Chang-4 rocket launch platform launched the Chang-2 C carrier rocket on time to send the satellite Internet technology test satellite into space. After half an hour, everyone transferred the new launching platform to the launching station as a whole, and at around 21: 00,Hang the installed new platform on one side of the tower, and make all preparations for dismantling the old platform and replacing it with the new one the next day. At 8 o'clock on the morning of July 10, all the installation team members appeared at the launching station on time. Dismantle the eroded anchor screws of the old launch pad, manually move the steering gear out of the best lifting point of the platform, and lift it off the old launch pad with the 80-ton truck crane; Tie up the new launching platform, carefully seat it on the four supporting points of the launching station smoothly and accurately, and lock the new anchor screws. Until then, all the test team members and representatives of all parties in cooperation breathed a sigh of relief. Inside and outside the Aerospace Science and Technology Group and in the history of space launch in China, breakthroughs in updating rocket launch platform, off-site assembly, overall transportation and overall hoisting have been achieved for the first time, which has won more available time to meet the requirements of space development in the new era and high-density rocket launch. On the morning of July 11th, everyone came to the work site again to make some preparations before the withdrawal. On this day, it rained for almost a day around the launch tower. Residents nearby said that it only rains once a year, and it won't last more than half an hour. This rare rainy day has been caught up by everyone. The Gobi in Tsinghua people is dedicated to the intersection of Dongfeng Space City and the launch site, and there is a quadrangular iron tower with a height of tens of meters. The base is named "Climbing" Memorial Tower. This is a gift designed and manufactured by Tsinghua Equipment Company in June, 1999, dedicated to the new manned space launch site under construction at that time. The main body of the tower is divided into three layers, the bottom is spherical, which means the earth, and the middle sphere means the satellite flying in space. The spire at the top points to the sky, which means that China's space industry is constantly refreshing to new heights and heading for the deep space of the universe. The huge launch site is solemn. The towering launch towers on both sides echo each other from afar. Under the blue and white frame, the "cornerstone" of rocket take-off is silently guarded. On one side, the manned space rocket launch platform completed by Tsinghua Equipment Company in 1997, and on the other side, the brand-new Long March 2/Long March 4 launch platform just installed in place. The launch platform is quietly engraved into the step-by-step inheritance of China Aerospace with its simplicity and responsibility. The leader of the installation test team of Tsinghua Equipment Company is YuGe, a young planner and dispatcher of the production and operation department. YuGe, born in 1989, graduated from Dalian University of Technology with a major in mechanical engineering in 2012, and entered Tsinghua Equipment Company to engage in management work such as technology, product outsourcing, production and operation. As the leader of the team, YuGe has to coordinate multi-party relations and handle many problems independently, and the heavy pressure has been lingering in his mind. Fortunately, the task was successfully completed, and the burden in his heart was suddenly relaxed. He said that the completion of this task has made him grow a lot, familiar with the products, familiar with how to manage this team, and learned many lessons and shortcomings. He will be more confident in undertaking similar work in the future. The deputy team leader is Shen Fanwen, the dispatcher of the third workshop. Born in 1973, he joined the work in 1991, and his working experience of 10 years as a lathe worker, 10 years as a fitter and 11 years as a production dispatcher enabled him to handle complicated assembly problems with ease. This installation is the first time since Shen Fanwen took part in the work. During this time, he worked with the team members, regardless of each other, and did whatever he saw, which reflected the responsibility and actions of an old comrade. At the scene where the products are ready to be delivered, Shen Fanwen sighed that if you go out to work, you will be a fitter, a welder and an electrician. Only when you are a generalist will others look up to you. Born in 1987, Li Yuxiang, deputy head of Group 308, No.3 Workshop of Tsinghua Equipment Company, is the "soul" of this installation test team. After graduating in 2011, he joined the company and has been engaged in locksmith work. For more than a decade, Li Yuxiang has traveled to and from the four major satellite launch centers countless times, and the number of business trips per year in the past two years has reached more than 300 days. This time, the company set up an out-of-town installation test team, which is worthy of Li Yuxiang's heavy responsibility in terms of age, technology, experience and personal ability to handle complex affairs in the outside world. Every day, after busy, running up and down, Li Yuxiang said that for 20 days, he dreamed of working every night. Working in Jiuquan this time, Li Yuxiang rushed to the front line every time he hoisted, moved, handled emergencies and arranged production.
