Another "Made in Mianyang" instead of import! MEMS fluxgate sensor creates a "golden eye" of magnetic field

  Recently, China Electric Branch 9 has made a new breakthrough! Breakthroughs in many key technologies, such as device design and material preparation, have been achieved, and a high-performance MEMS fluxgate sensor has been developed.

  As a kind of high-precision weak magnetic field sensor, MEMS fluxgate sensor can sense the weak DC or low-frequency magnetic field, which is widely used in positioning and tracking, aerospace, geomagnetic detection and current detection, and has long been dependent on imports.

  Nine technical teams aim at miniaturization integration, thin film core materials, MEMS preparation technology, test optimization scheme and other aspects, and continue to innovate and break through, successfully developing high-performance MEMS fluxgate sensors.

  In the future, the technical team will further optimize its structure, manufacturing process, core material and circuit matching, so that the MEMS fluxgate sensor can not only meet the requirements of small size, high precision, low power consumption and high robustness in various occasions, but also meet the requirements of high integration, high matching and low cost, and provide new solutions for magnetic measurement in various fields.
