Basic problems of engineering muck resource utilization and low-carbon technology path

Xiao Jianzhuang, Shen Jianyu, Duan Zhenhua, Zhou Yongxiang, Ren Fumin, Xiao Xuwen

The large-scale and high-quality resource utilization of engineering dregs is one of the difficult problems to be solved urgently in the current construction industry, but its huge carbon reduction potential is easily overlooked. Under the background of climate change and "double carbon" strategy, this paper investigates and analyzes the present situation and basic problems of engineering dregs resource disposal technology, provides innovative solutions and high value-added strategies for engineering dregs resource utilization, and suggests low-carbon technology paths.

  Research progress of methanogens

Long Chaolin, Li Shoujie, Kang Bo, Cheng Wei

Microbes can produce many natural products with novel structures and diverse biological activities, which is an important source for the research and development of new lead drugs. methanobactin, Mbn) is a kind of polypeptide natural products modified by oxazolone-thioamide heterocyclic ring synthesized by bacteria, which has the potential to treat copper metabolism-related diseases and infectious diseases. In recent years, a lot of research has been done on Mbn at home and abroad. This paper introduces the research results of Mbn in terms of its types, structures, biosynthetic mechanisms and biological functions.

Mechanical model of nerve axon considering the stiffness of extracellular matrix

Angelie Liu, Xu Zhao, Cheng Bo, Xu Feng

The mechanical properties of extracellular matrix can effectively regulate the growth cone behavior at the end of nerve axon, and promote the directional migration behavior of neurons. In this paper, the dynamic processes of cell adhesion molecule binding-dissociation, actin activation-contraction and axon growth are described by establishing a cell adhesion-dependent nerve axon mechanical model, and the mechanical interaction among nerve axon, growth cone and extracellular matrix is described. The simulation results reveal the molecular mechanism of different types of neurons with different force-sensitive behaviors, and clarify the influence law of matrix stiffness on the growth of nerve axon.

The disappearance and reappearance of superconductivity in iron-based high temperature superconductors under pressure

  Sun Liling, Chi WU

It is of great significance to discover and understand the behavior of high-temperature superconductors under pressure. The high-pressure study of Fe-Se-based high-temperature superconductors A x Fe 2–Y Se 2 (A = K, Rb, TL/Rb) with phase separation structure shows that when the superconductivity at atmospheric pressure is completely suppressed, a new superconducting phase and a quantum phase transition connecting the two superconducting phases appear, which reveals the dependence of antiferromagnetic order in this kind of superconductors on superlattices and two superlattices.

Development trend and challenge of microbial protein manufacturing

Wang Guokun, Lin Yuping, Wang Qinhong, Wu Xin, Yin yu long, Ma Yanhe.

Microbial protein manufacturing is one of the important schemes to supply protein with raw materials stably, and to protect people's health and national security. This paper summarizes the development of microbial protein manufacturing, introduces various production routes with different strains and raw materials, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of each production route, and systematically sorts out the key reasons for the small scale of microbial protein manufacturing at present. Finally, this paper describes the future challenges and puts forward some suggestions and strategies from raw materials, strains, equipment and technology.

Flow calibration of G, R and I band photometry data for SAGES Nanshan 1 meter large field telescope

Xiao Kai, Yuan Haibo, Huang Bowen, Xu Shuai, Zheng Jie, Li Chun, Fan Zhou, Wang Wei, Zhao Gang, Feng Guojie, Zhang Xuan, Liu Jinzhong, Zhang Ruoyi, Lynn Yang, Zhang Yu, Bai Chunhai, Niu Hubiao, Aili Isamuding, Ma Lu.

Uniform and accurate flow calibration is one of the difficulties and key factors for the success of large-field photometry survey. With the help of LAMOST DR7 spectral data, modified Gaia EDR3 photometry data and Gaia photometry abundance data, about 2.6 million flow standard stars are constructed by star color regression method. High-precision flow calibration is carried out for the photometric data of about 4,000 square degrees in G, R and I bands of SAGES 1-meter telescope. The internal and external accuracy of calibration is about 2 millimagnitude. In addition, the variation of relative gain between stellar flat field and detector channel with time is discussed.

Visible light promotes benzoylation of quinoxaline -2(1H)- one.

Zhou Bingjie, Chen Jingchao, Li Hongjiang, Bao Deyu, Meng Yunyan, Deng Yao, Sun Weiqing, Fan Baomin

3- acyl quinoxaline -2(1H)- one is the pharmacophore of many bioactive compounds, and it is mostly prepared by decarboxylation of α-keto acid at present. In this paper, a photocatalytic aryl acylation reaction with aryl acyl chloride as the source of acyl radical is developed, which provides a green, efficient and convenient method for the preparation of 3- aryl quinoxaline -2(1H)- one.

Improvement of rice blast resistance of hybrid rice restorer line Fuhui 676 by multi-gene polymerization

Zhu Yongsheng, Cai Qiuhua, Guan Huazhong, Wei Yidong, Chen Liping, Xie Huaan, Chen Zhiwei, Zhang Jianfu.

Germplasm resources carrying three rice blast resistance genes (Pi-1, Pi-9 and Pi-kh) were used as donors, and excellent restorer line Fuhui 676 was used as recurrent parents. By combining backcross introduction, molecular marker-assisted selection and field rice blast resistance identification, an excellent strain with three rice blast resistance genes was selected. The improved strain and hybrid F1 prepared from different sterile lines all showed significantly enhanced rice blast resistance, and the growth period, plant height and so on were main.

Age of Zhongtiaoshan dyke group and its constraints on the nature of events in 1.8 Ga igneous province in North China.

Yuan Lingling, Wang Yifan, Zhang Xiaohui

Baddeleyite's in-situ Pb/Pb dating reveals that the east-west basic dyke in Zhongtiaoshan was formed in 1799±4 Ma. The reported age of dyke emplacement in the combined area provides important clues for identifying Xiong 'er (1800~1785 Ma) and Taihang (1770~1760 Ma) dyke groups in the early Mesoproterozoic composite dyke group in North China. They may represent that mantle plume acted on the movement at different stages.

Analysis of individual resource competition and population structure characteristics of plants

Zeng Xiaodong, Song Xiang, Gao Xiaofei

Resource competition is the most important driving factor for the formation of ecological structures of different scales. This paper puts forward a theoretical framework for studying the complex resource competition of ecosystems, establishes an ecological dynamic model that explicitly describes the resource competition among individual plants, and designs numerical simulation experiments according to the mathematical characteristics of resource competition, revealing the similarities and differences of individual resource allocation and group structure characteristics under different forms of competition.
