The more complicated the world is, the more we should learn to simplify our lives.

Many things happen every day in this world, but there are very few things related to us. 99% of the things in the world have nothing to do with us. What we should really pay attention to are those things that are of great significance to us.

As Zhuangzi once said, "He who lives up to his feelings does not think about what he lives up to.". That is to say, people who really see through life never waste time chasing unnecessary things.

Yes! There are many things in life, and then we can't chase them all, because we don't have the time.

It is precisely because of this that we have to understand that the more complicated the world is, the more we have to learn and simplify our lives. You know, the more we pay attention to, the more we consume.

But many things are totally unnecessary for us personally. Because the more things we care about, the easier it is for us to be given negative energy by things that we can't achieve.

And this kind of emotion has no effect on our life, just like I like words myself, so I often write something positive.

Because this will not only make you strong, but also spread positive energy. Indeed, as someone said, people should spend their time and energy on things that empower themselves, not things that make them negative.

After all, in this complex world, what we need to do is actually very simple, that is, find a lifestyle that suits us and stick to it.

To do this, we must learn to simplify ourselves. To put it bluntly, we must understand that those things are useful to us and those things are useless to us.

Only by understanding these can we simplify our own lives. Only in this way can we concentrate on doing our own things.

It's like Milan Kundera said in The Unbearable Lightness of Life:

"From now on, I will choose my life carefully. I will no longer easily get lost in all kinds of temptations ... I will move forward."

Therefore, we should learn to add and subtract things that are dispensable for ourselves, just like the "28 rule" that we all know.

The same applies to our life. For our life, 80% is dispensable, which is irrelevant to us. What really matters is that 20% is even less.

Therefore, we need to subtract from life, which is actually simplifying our life. It's like the application software in the mobile phone, most of which we don't need.

Life is the same, and there are some things that we can still live well without. It's like the game of folding music. Two people compete to take turns to draw out the blocks from the bottom up and then put them up. Whoever finally knocks down this pile of wood will lose.

This is actually doing subtraction in the game, and this is so similar to our life. Our life is the same, constantly overweight, and constantly giving up something.

And this is what we have to do, because our time is limited, so our hearts need to understand what life we really want.

Only in this way can we be firm in our goals, then abandon some unnecessary things and spend more time chasing those things that are really interesting to us.

Because only by loosely tying our own hearts can we move forward better. Only when we subtract the burden from us can we see a broader space.

And all these require us to clean up our own hearts regularly. Just like the memory of a computer, we need to clean up some files that are not needed in the cache regularly.

Our life is the same, and we need to clean up constantly, and this process is to simplify ourselves. Just like a line in Forrest Gump: "Know what is most important to you, know what is unimportant, and then be a simple person."

Therefore, the more complicated the world is, the more we should learn to simplify our own lives.
