　　At the activity site, the judging expert group listened to the preliminary design report of the permanent site (public welfare part) of Greater Bay Area Science Forum, and put forward optimization opinions on the overall functional layout, architectural design, electromechanical system selection, intelligent facilities and green technology concepts through discussion and exchange.

　　Zhao Yuanchao, a master of national engineering survey and design, said in an interview that the review will introduce and demonstrate the design of the project from 14 aspects, and the review expert group will check the preliminary design plan, which will lay a solid foundation for the next work of the project.

　　Zhao Yuanchao pointed out that it is a novel innovation to take the "Pearl River Sailing Shadow" as the expression form of the project building structure, which symbolizes the concise, accurate and rich scientific and technological spirit. "In particular, it provides an open and public display platform on the roof, so that the project can be fully integrated with the ecological environment at the tip of Lingshan Island, which is a very important highlight."

　　The superior geographical location and the effective integration of internal functions of the six banks of Sanjiang and Wushuihuiwan enable the masses to participate in scientific exhibition activities here in the future and feel the wonderful experience brought by the rich and characteristic leisure sharing space.

　　It is reported that the Greater Bay Area Science Forum aims to build a high-level exchange platform for politicians from all countries, top international scientists and young scientists, and internationally renowned innovative entrepreneurs to discuss and share global scientific development and cooperation.

　　Its permanent meeting site project is located in the core area of Pearl Bay in Nansha, Guangzhou and the east side of Lingshan Island Central Business District. After the project is completed, it will become a landmark building for world-class high-level exchange activities, and strive to build a high-quality and high-efficiency popular science exhibition and interaction center, and at the same time build a high-level exhibition space with the theme of high technology, deep sea and deep space.

　　According to the on-the-spot introduction of Guangdong Architectural Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. (GDAD), the permanent site project of Greater Bay Area Science Forum is composed of a number of shapes with uneven unit variants, and the overall shape is smooth and patchwork, which conforms to the landmark positioning of the Bay Area.

　　The meeting site project, which means "Qian Fan Race, Science and Technology Sailing", expresses the grand vision of China's science and technology development from struggling to self-reliance and then sailing, bearing the good wishes of the sail of innovation, the sail of the future and the sail of sharing.

　　Xiaonan learned that the project will be developed in two phases. The first phase (public welfare part) that has been started at present will be built into a "cooperation hub" for world scientific and technological exchanges and a science and technology museum providing popular science for the public, with a total construction area of 93,500 square meters. EPC mode will be adopted for overall development and construction. After completion, it can meet the needs of receiving international high-level and high-level conference activities, provide a top exchange platform for top scientists, realize "promoting exhibitions with exhibitions and bringing exhibitions with exhibitions", and at the same time, it can also link the people in the Bay Area and improve the overall building utilization rate.

　　Xiaonan learned that in the lobby on the first floor of the project, greening and landscaping will be carried out in combination with the skylight light-transmitting area, and large-area glass curtain walls will be used in the east and west entrance porches, so that the outdoor natural garden landscape can penetrate into the room.

　　From the perspective of ecological civilization construction, the permanent site of Greater Bay Area Science Forum is performance-oriented, and adopts the "five senses and six characteristics" technical system to improve the integration, systematicness and experimentation of the project's green technology, so as to improve the performance and perception effect of related green buildings, and control the information of acoustics, lighting, humidity, temperature, epidemic prevention and air in space in real time, providing strong support for the safe operation, energy saving and low carbon of the whole life cycle of the project.
