代县召开全县安全生产工作会议

　　7月30日，代县召开全县安全生产工作会议，贯彻落实省、市安全生产工作电视电话会议精神，扎实做好全县非煤矿山领域风险管控和事故隐患排查治理工作。县委副书记、县长温安娜出席并讲话。县领导李宝炎、王志勇、蔚丽平、李海东、王中杰、杨梁远出席会议，县政府办副主任、安全生产委员会有关成员单位主要负责人、各乡镇乡镇长、党群服务中心主任参加会议。

　　温安娜指出，要深入学习贯彻习近平总书记关于安全生产重要论述和重要讲话重要指示批示精神，深入贯彻金省长“五个狠抓”工作要求，树牢“人民至上、生命至上”的安全发展理念，进一步压实安全生产责任，深入排查整治安全隐患，坚决守牢安全底线。

We must unswervingly deepen the investigation and rectification of potential safety hazards, solidly promote the special investigation and rectification of major accident hazards in 2023, carry out in-depth inspection and rectification of non-coal mines, continue to promote the special treatment of mined-out areas and tailings ponds, and make overall plans for flood season safety and other key areas. We must unswervingly lay a solid foundation for safe production, strengthen the construction of safety system and administrative law enforcement team, adhere to prevention first, strengthen source control, and improve the level of science and technology development. We must unswervingly push forward the implementation of the responsibility for production safety, compact the responsibility of party and government leadership, departmental supervision, township territorial responsibility, enterprise main responsibility and all-staff responsibility, improve the responsibility system, clarify the responsibility boundary, promote implementation through supervision and assessment. We must unswervingly promote the integration of iron ore resources, promote three batches according to the deployment and work requirements of provinces and cities, and realize the comprehensive transformation and upgrading of iron ore industry and intelligent green development. We must unswervingly promote the construction of the safety system, improve the risk prevention and resolution mechanism, strictly control the safety access, and lay a solid safety foundation for the high-quality development of the county economy and society.
