　　In the hot summer, the coolness of high-temperature front-line workers makes the party and the government very concerned.

　　On August 1st, Ye Xiangjin, Party Secretary and Director of the Standing Committee of Dachuan District People's Congress, as a district-level leader, went to the truck driver's base camp and fire rescue brigade in Dachuan District to express condolences to the high-temperature front-line workers. On behalf of the district party committee and district government, he expressed condolences to the construction workers, resident truck drivers and all fire rescue workers of Dashi Expressway project, and fully affirmed their important role in the high-quality economic and social development of Dachuan. I sincerely hope that they can stick to their posts and be healthy in hot weather! I sincerely wish them peace and success and everything is safe!

　　In the truck driver's base camp in Dachuan District, Ye Xiangjin inspected the construction of the truck driver's base camp, got a detailed understanding of the work and life of the staff in the base camp, and learned about the information services of truck drivers' accommodation, dining, shopping, leisure and freight transportation.

　　Ye Xiangjin said that the Dashi Expressway connects urban and rural areas, connects people's hearts and connects the future, breaking the traffic "bottleneck" that restricts the development of western Dachuan, and is the road to industrial development in western Dachuan. The frontline construction personnel of Dashi Expressway Project have contributed greatly, which has opened up a new channel for the high-quality development of western Dachuan, and will also allow truck drivers to catch up with the fast lane of high-speed transportation. Truck drivers are very hard. Their hard work has played a role in "promoting economic development, improving production efficiency and meeting the needs of the masses" for the high-quality economic and social development of Dachuan, and is an indispensable role in modern economic development.

　　叶祥金说，无论是项目施工人员，还是货车司机，都要把安全生产放在第一位，时刻绷紧安全生产之弦，时刻牢记安全生产之责，时刻履行安全生产之职。项目施工人员在保证安全的基础上，要狠抓项目工程质量，抢抓项目工程进度，争取达石快速通道早日通车。货车司机要当好守法的“行”者、平安的“驶”者、快速的“运”者，严格遵守国家有关道路安全的法律法规，敬重生命、珍爱生命，平安出行、安全驾驶，把群众的需要、社会的需求，通过“车轮滚滚”送到千家万户。

　　在达川区消防救援大队，叶祥金十分关心消防救援人员的个人成长及未来规划情况，对他们能谨遵习近平总书记提出的“对党忠诚、纪律严明、赴汤蹈火、竭诚为民”重要训词表示高度赞赏，对他们“与危险相伴、与烈火为伍”的敬业精神表示钦佩！

　　叶祥金说，从“橄榄绿”到“火焰蓝”的蜕变，新时代的消防救援已实现了以灭火救援为主的单一职能到‘全灾种、大应急’的综合职能转变，人员队伍更加专业化，救援设备愈发先进。在危难关头拉得出、冲得上、打得赢，在人民群众最需要的时候冲锋在前，救民于水火，助民于危难，给人民以力量，让群众脱离危险，自己却奔赴险境。刀山敢上、火海敢闯，就是他们工作的生动写照，他们是和平年代的英雄，是世界上最美的逆行者。

　　叶祥金说，消防救援要坚持安全第一、预防为主，持续完善公共安全体系，推动公共安全治理模式向事前预防转型。消防救援人员要时刻不忘习近平总书记对消防救援队伍的殷殷嘱托，时刻不忘自己入职时的铮铮誓言，让“火焰蓝”永远闪耀在人民最需要的地方！

　　在慰问中，叶祥金希望相关部门和单位能更多地关心高温一线工作人员的工作、生活和学习，营造和谐的工作氛围，给予足够的生活关心，提供良好的学习条件，通过对他们的点滴关爱，体现出党和政府对他们的深切厚爱，把人心聚起来，让工作干起来。
