Five typical cases of ＂network water army＂ gangs manipulating a series of big V accounts to extort money from public security organs to escort the private economy according to law were released.

　　China Youth Daily client news (reporter He Chun Zhong from Zhongqing Daily, Zhongqing.com) released five typical cases of public security organs protecting private enterprise property rights and entrepreneurs' rights and interests according to law at the release of the fifth private economy rule of law construction summit held recently.

　　These five cases are:

　　Luanchuan, Henan province promotes the high-quality development of rural residents' houses. The public security organs of Luanchuan County, Luoyang City, Henan Province, together with relevant departments, issued the Measures for the Administration of Tourist Homes, which clarified the access standards and implemented measures to benefit enterprises. Since the beginning of this year, the approval process has been further optimized. By issuing special industry licenses, 502 new homestays have been admitted, with a total of 865, and all of them have been equipped with a "smart homestay check-in" system free of charge, saving operators 3.5 million yuan in costs and playing an active role in helping rural revitalization and promoting the development of the private economy.

　　"June 20" job embezzlement case in Hefei, Anhui Province. In March, 2022, the public security organs of Hefei City, Anhui Province dug deep and expanded the line according to the clues learned during the company's visit and discussion, and successfully cracked a case of job occupation committed by several employees in a high-tech private enterprise, involving a total amount of more than 120 million yuan. The public security organs arrested five suspects, which helped enterprises recover direct economic losses of 113 million yuan, effectively deterred corruption crimes within private enterprises and helped enterprises strengthen their risk prevention and control capabilities.

In September, 2022, the public security organ of Suzhou City, Anhui Province successfully cracked a registered trademark case of counterfeit electrical products. The criminal suspect Zheng Mohao and others sold nonstandard electrical products with trademarks of several well-known brands of private enterprises, involving more than 110 million yuan. The public security organs destroyed three criminal gangs, arrested eight suspects and seized more than 60,000 counterfeit brand electrical appliances on the spot, which effectively maintained the market economic order and made every effort to optimize the business environment.

　　Jiangsu Suqian "1 05" counterfeit registered trademark case. In January 2023, the public security organ of Suqian City, Jiangsu Province successfully cracked a case of counterfeiting registered trademarks. The criminal suspect Zhang and others organized the production and sale of counterfeit optical modules of a certain brand, involving more than 500 million yuan. The public security organs arrested 21 criminal suspects, smashed 8 production, sales and storage dens, and seized more than 40,000 counterfeit optical module products of a certain brand, which effectively safeguarded the brand image of the injured enterprises, greatly reduced the impact of counterfeit products on genuine products in domestic and foreign markets, and protected the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises according to law.

　　The "network water army" gang of Shandong regiment manipulated a series of V account extortion cases. In October 2022, the public security organs of Shandong Province cracked a case of extortion by a "network water army" gang. The criminal suspect Lou Mou and others collected materials through negative online reports and public information of administrative punishment, and organized a number of "Internet Big Vs" in series to focus on posting hype on social platforms, forming a negative hot search, forcing the enterprises involved to sign the so-called "promotion contract agreement" and taking the opportunity to extort money from more than 10 enterprises and institutions. The public security organs arrested 16 criminal suspects, seized 27 big V accounts involved in the case, and the number of account fans totaled 10.94 million, striving to create a good "online business environment".
