　　Guided by the Emergency Plan for Flood Control, Typhoon Prevention and Drought Relief in Cixi City, this drill set up medical rescue teams, emergency rescue teams, pump truck drainage rescue teams and other rescue teams to simulate the emergency scenarios such as the landing of No.9 super typhoon "Davi" in Xiangshan, Ningbo, and the impact of strong wind and heavy rain in Cixi City, resulting in a lot of water accumulation, the failure of drainage pump equipment and the reservoir exceeding the warning value. At the drill site, the Municipal Anti-finger Office quickly launched an emergency plan for typhoon prevention, focusing on key areas and links such as mountain torrents in small watersheds, low-lying waterlogging, river dikes, urban waterlogging, geological disasters, etc. All professional rescue teams performed their duties and cooperated closely. By simulating the disaster environment, they effectively demonstrated emergency drills in various rescue and relief links such as emergency evacuation of pump trucks, emergency blocking of foundation pits, and personnel transfer and resettlement. At the drill site, the city, town and village were linked vertically and the departments cooperated horizontally, and all the work was carried out in an orderly manner until the danger was lifted.
