The court sentenced the defendant Feng Moumou to four months' criminal detention and fined him RMB 2,000.

　　It was found through trial that in June 2015, Feng Moumou was smuggled into Myanmar as a mercenary by a group organization, and then Feng Moumou sneaked back to China. In July 2019, Feng Moumou lured Shen Moumou to Meng Bo County, Myanmar, on the grounds of high salary in Myanmar. During his stay in Myanmar, Feng contacted the "snakehead" to help He Moumou and Li Moumou sneak into Myanmar. At the end of September, 2020, Feng Mou crossed the border fence between Myanmar and China and smuggled back to China from Myanmar again.
