This year's No.6 typhoon Kanu is approaching the East China Sea of China. At 12: 00 on August 2, the Zhejiang Provincial Defense Index upgraded the typhoon emergency response to level III. Although the landing path is still unclear, the coastal areas of Zhejiang are still waiting.

As the fishing time of the "8.1" special chartered fishing boat was delayed due to the typhoon, thousands of fishing boats moored at shenjiamen Fishing Port in Putuo District of Zhoushan, waiting for the fishing season while avoiding the typhoon.

On the morning of the 2nd, Chao journalists followed the marine administrative law enforcement squadron of Putuo District to carry out the risk law enforcement inspection of sheltered fishing boats in the harbor to see how the local authorities built a "safety barrier" for flood control and typhoon prevention.

"This time, we mainly check the safety facilities of fishing boats, the crew's duty and whether other facilities are standardized." Zhu Jianling, the squadron leader, introduced to the Chao journalist.

Starting from the Fishery Wharf in Putuo District, Chao Journalist and his party traveled on the sea in a fishery boat for less than ten minutes and arrived at Mazhi Fishery Wharf. I saw a row of fishing boats parked neatly on the dock.

Tide journalists followed Zhu Jianling to climb the fishing boat Zhepuyu 62021 docked at the outermost edge. Wu Xinhua, the boatman, and two crew members on duty are busy on the deck.

As soon as he got on board, Zhu Jianling went straight to the bow anchor chain area. He tugged at the cable and anchor chain to make sure they were secure.

"We are checking the reinforcement of the anchor of the fishing boat to avoid the situation that the ship is inverted and moved because of the typhoon." Zhu Jianling told Chao News reporter that for ships moored at the dock anchorage, the fishery administration department needs to check the fixing of the front anchor. For some ships staying in the tidal flat area, the fishery administration department should check whether the rear anchor at the stern of the ship is reinforced in addition to the front anchor.

"The reinforcement of the front anchor and cable of this ship is quite standardized." Zhu Jianling told Chao News reporter. Then he inspected the engine room of the ship and the bridge of the fishing boat.

"You should keep the ship powered on at any time, and in case of special circumstances, you can transfer it in time ..." Zhu Jianling carefully looked at it while not forgetting to tell the boatman Wu Xinhua.

Later, Zhu Jianling verified with Wu Xinhua that the crew on board was on duty. According to the regulations of the fishery administration, on the eve of the typhoon, three crew members need to be on duty on each fishing boat to deal with emergencies.

"Three, me, the chief mate and the chief engineer, the three of us also arranged a shift to patrol the ship in turn ..."

After listening to Wu Xinhua's report, Zhu Jianling nodded with satisfaction.

Wu Xinhua has been a fisherman for more than 30 years. His fishing boat is a shrimp trawler with seven crew members. He originally planned to go fishing in these two days, but because of the approaching typhoon, fishing boats have been moored at the dock these days.

"The delay in fishing will certainly have a great impact on us. The longer we delay, the greater our losses, but it is understandable. After all, it is also for our personal safety." Wu Xinghua told Chao News reporter that at present, there are sufficient materials on board, so just add some fresh vegetables temporarily on the eve of fishing, and you can sail.

Wu Xinghua said that the fishery department of Putuo District has been very concerned about fishermen in recent years. In the past years, when a typhoon struck when fishing in the sea, it would also receive information from the fishery administration department in advance to remind them to return to Hong Kong or go to nearby safe waters to take shelter from the wind. "It's really sweet to us."

It is reported that since July 30, the marine administrative law enforcement squadron in Putuo District has dispatched 13 boats, 128 law enforcement officers, inspected more than 500 fishing boats and transferred 409 fishing boats to Hong Kong.
